Introducing ScrewGo, the
fastest, easiest and smartest way
to remove broken screws from wood. These special German made hollow bits can
be used freehand to drill around a broken screw. The resulting clean cut
hole is simply filled using a wooden plug conveniently made by the next size
up ScrewGo in the box.
Each box contains two 1/4", one 3/8" and one 1/2" bits. The exterior dimension of each bit corresponds to the interior dimension of the next size up. If you drill around a screw with the 1/4" bit you will be left with a 3/8" hole. Simply take the 3/8" drill bit and make a plug with it and glue it in the hole.
Once filled, the repair is almost invisible because the bits cut very clean tapered plugs that tighten as they are inserted. The bits are one inch long so can remove most broken screws.
